We all experience challenging seasons in our lives. Often times we can see and name the things that are causing stress, anxiety, or depression: big life transitions, relationship turmoil, or significant loss. Other times, it's harder to put a finger on what is "wrong†— things just feel harder or heavier than they have in the past. Sometimes we've been carrying an emotional or psychological load and we need help disentangling it from our identity in order to set it down.
No matter what season you're in, I'd love to sit with you in it and help you navigate through it. You know best what it is like to be you, and together we can work to uncover what may be preventing you from living the way you want and how to overcome those barriers.
