I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's difficulties. Therapy is a collaborative process and my goal is to guide clients to increase their self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase their personal strengths in order to have a more meaningful life experience.
I work from an eclectic style that combines solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
My counseling style is warm and I enjoy using humor and my personality to create a more inviting space for my clients. Change is difficult, but I am here to support you through that process
