Limited Evening Availability: Whatever answers you think you’ll find in therapy are already inside you, I want to help you find them. Developing an authentic bond with client aids the therapeutic process. Many of us are still trying to find ourselves & heal to become our best self. The path to being healthier is not a straight trajectory, but one about progress, let's work through it all, together.
I enjoy connecting with clients of various backgrounds and life circumstances. It is important develop clear and appropriate goals, look to the past, find acceptance and heal to move forward. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a framework, seeking to reframe perspectives, shaping future thought processes and actions.
I accept a limited amount of clients to ensure quality care. Clients and colleagues have described me as a direct and straightforward, focusing on finding the appropriate solution for your goals.
