About
The therapeutic process can be scary and vulnerable. My hope is that we can navigate it together so that you feel completely supported as you strive to find more balance and fulfillment in your life. My favorite part of being a Clinical Psychologist is getting to observe people discover better, truer versions of themselves as they heal old wounds and build skill and confidence. I am an extroverted, curious person by nature who loves to laugh, explore, take risks, get deep, and connect. Therapy has been a natural fit!
My therapeutic style is collaborative, respectful, direct, humorous, and inquisitive. I practice from a humanistic and integrative approach. I help my clients identify their own strengths and wisdom to make positive change, and treatment is always customized to meet their unique needs.
I draw on the most evidence-based interventions for the treatment of trauma and mood, anxiety, and eating disorders, specifically Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I look forward to hearing from you!
