My ideal client is someone seeking change. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or struggling in a relationship can be exhausting and effect many parts of our lives. It is my goal to help you seek insight and make changes that can have an effect on daily life. Each person is unique, and so is the therapy process. I am devoted to working with you to seek what you need from therapy. Change can be uncomfortable, but I am here to support you.
I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns and have found that each person has unique needs from therapy. Learning about you allows me to pull from different theories to best fit your needs. I aim to empower clients with coping skills and reprocess trauma utilizing techniques from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, PCT, and play therapy, among others.
