I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT-S) with over 10 yearsâ experience working with families. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use non-directive play therapy to allow children to experience control and increase their ability to make their own healthy decisions.
I love working with kids of all ages and their families. I specialize in trauma therapy, Filial therapy and play therapy addressing issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, self-esteem, attachment, and behavioral issues.
I especially enjoy counseling families through parenting challenges, as well as helping clients to understand and heal their inner child. If you are a parent feeling overwhelmed or frustrated at how to best support your child, I can help.
