I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, where our work is to help you change the relationship you have with your distress, develop mindfulness skills, and work to move your day-to-day life in the direction of your values. I am trained as a yoga teacher, and enjoy exploring how clients can deepen the integration of mind and body.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and self-compassion. I have additional training in EMDR, caregiver-related issues, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy.
