I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor regulated by Washington State (License Number LH61511291). I am also a National Certified Counselor and hold a master’s degree from Northwestern University in clinical mental health counseling. My areas of focus include eating disorders and existential approaches to grief and traumatic loss. I have received additional post-graduate training in both of these areas of focus.
I am passionate about helping people form trusting relationships with their bodies through the Health at Every Size and Body Trust models of treatment. I am also passionate about helping people navigate grief in an affirming, validating way. My therapeutic orientation is person-centered & psychodynamic. I also utilize RO-DBT and somatic modalities.
