I believe therapy can be very helpful in defining the problem, exploring options, discovering patterns, finding strengths, developing solutions, and ultimately, creating change. I can offer assistance with your unique and personal journey. I have over 20 years of experience in working in mental health and with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
I work with late teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, stress, grief, relationship problems, and life transitions/challenges. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
