Are you overwhelmed or stuck in a rut? Part of being overwhelmed or stuck in a rut is feeling a loss of control. Changing your perspective, changes your reality. Changing both, allows and affords for a shift in how you reset your focus. Finding one's focus is all about taking a keen and hard look at you! What areas do you find that you need to bring into focus, and and what areas do you feel you need to push into the background? As well, which areas do you find that you simply need to blur? These are the questions that lead you to pause, breathe, reflect, and then do the work necessary to take better care of your well-being.
I am committed to the wellness of individuals, their families, and the community through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education. A staunch advocate for mental health support, I work most particularly, with children, adolescents and adults(12-62), who have current struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and all the and ups and downs of life.
