Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? You’re stuck in this cycle that you can’t consciously figure out how to change. Nobody understands and the shame gets deeper. Maybe you can’t shake the anxious voice in your head, you can’t escape the depressed part of you that keeps creeping in, or you keep hitting self destruct. Whatever the reason, I am proud of you for seeking help because being vulnerable is not easy. I want to create a nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore deeper levels. You are the expert on yourself. I want to help you find your stuck points so that you can move for forward.
Through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, I incorporate concepts of Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems therapy. I utilize a diverse set of techniques with a highlight on somatic experiences. I am EMDR trained and well-versed in CBT and DBT.
The relationship between you and I will be an essential part for you to feel safe and respected. This is why the first step will be a brief consultation to discuss goals and ask any questions.
