I think it’s hard to distill into words the enormity of relief, growth, perspective, or even profound experience you may encounter by embarking on the therapeutic process, though the experience will be unique for everyone. In the company of the right therapist, you will have the most robust opportunity to safely explore the things important to you, giving a bit more solace to the axiom “I’m not saying it will be easy, I’m saying it will be worth itâ€.
Oftentimes the experiences we find ourselves in are more than just what is seen on the surface. Since we know ourselves and our experiences better than anyone else ever will, by having space to tap into that deep sense of self and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness, empowerment and hope, we can often be our own agent of understanding, resolve, and change.
I am a Nationally Certified, LPC with several years’ experience working with clients through a number of issues and experiences. My intention is to bring my best self in helping you feel heard, supported, and guided without judgement.
