About
Navigating emerging and young adulthood can feel like riding a rollercoaster, full of twists and turns that can leave you feeling overwhelmed. I'm here to help support you through these challenges, whether it's dealing with relationship dynamics, boundary setting, increasing confidence, or processing life stressors and transitions. My approach is all about you—I use a Person-Centered and Psycho- Dynamic approach along with ACT. I also specialize in working with newly licensed therapists; I have a unique understanding to the challenges of transitioning from school to practice.

Our conversations will be tailored to ensure you feel heard, understood and validatedThe first step in healing is searching for help.
