About
I aspire to create a space for children, teens, and adults to feel seen and valued. I strive to maintain a decolonial and feminist lens and I believe that true compassion and empathy can help us uncover what we need to thrive. I am training in treating anxiety, in particular obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and Selective Mutism, employing family interventions, school collaboration, and individual sessions when working with children.
With teens and adults, my approach involves co-working with you to create therapeutic spaces that are playful, peaceful, and non-judgemental to potentiate your imagination about your life. Therapy will incorporate elements from narrative, solutions-focused, play therapy, and holistic wellness.
I welcome working with people of all backgrounds, and feel a deep connection with people of the global majority, Desi and people of other immigrant communities.
