I have had the privilege of serving people of all ages and of various backgrounds since 2005. I particularly enjoy working with youth who are excited to learn how to manage their emotions and behaviors. I also find the joy of working with individuals who would like to untangle their thoughts, heal from their old wounds, and/or feel understood and supported. You may be diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD or you may be experiencing daily life struggles. I will walk with you while you go through your journey.
I am committed to helping people tune to themselves, become more aware of their feelings, thoughts and behaviors, learn healthy coping skills and lead healthier and happier lives. I will remind you to be mindful and teach you relaxation techniques. I use a mixture of CBT, DBT, CPT, play, art and supportive counseling depending on the individual's needs.
