About

Accepting new clients. I am a trauma-informed psychologist with over 12 years of experience. I work with adults who seek a deeper understanding of themselves and their worlds, and those who want to heal from relational wounds or complicated childhoods. As a relational therapist, I value getting to know my clients as human beings first and foremost, while supporting them in creating a path towards authentic healing and growth. I see clients with depression, anxiety, CPTSD (complex trauma), relationship issues, and experiences around gender, sexuality, and identity, among other concerns. My approach is relational and trauma-informed with a focus on mind-body connection. I draw upon extensive training to tailor treatment to the needs of each individual, integrating psychodynamic therapy, parts-work (IFS, ego-state), somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, existential exploration, and attachment focused therapy. I am deeply committed to justice and liberation of all people. I encourage clients to be curious about themselves in a sociocultural context, examining the effects of systemic oppression and generational trauma. I work through a racially aware, LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, fat-accepting, neurodiversity-affirming, and disability justice lens.
