About
I enjoy being a part of people's therapeutic space whether it is in individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy. Helping people work through their hardest moments and seeing them heal is the most rewarding part of my work. View 17 Photos
My work is guided by the principles of Trauma-Informed Therapy (safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment). I see humans as relational beings who are continually seeking connection throughout their lifespan. My work focuses on experiencing interpersonal connections with my clients by using authenticity, humor, and vulnerability.
I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. I grew up playing in the sugar cane fields of the Hamakua coast. I participated in weight training, basketball, volleyball, and football. My partner and I are the parents of three energetic boys. During my free time, I enjoy playing music, fishing, cooking, camping, and spending time with my family.
