I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in child welfare agencies, schools, hospitals, and clinical settings. I demonstrate compassion for the tweens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families I serve. I focus on developing rapport, interest, and strong working relationships with those seeking to improve the quality of their lives through talk therapy. I completed my Master of Social Work at the George Williams College at Aurora University and earned a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, internal family systems, existential therapy, and the Gottman method for couples.
