Are past experiences or traumatic memories interfering with your daily life? Maybe life feels overwhelming or you feel disconnected from yourself and others. It can be uncomfortable, painful, or unsafe to meet feelings like shame, hopelessness and loneliness. If you are feeling stuck and want to build connection in your life, I will work with you to understand and process your experiences and to create a sense of possibility.
By bringing gentle curiosity and compassion to your experience, we can understand how your patterns are trying to take care of you. We can develop new patterns that reflect your values and how you want to live in the world. If past traumatic memories are preventing you from moving forward, we can use techniques such as IFS, Flash, and EMDR to process them.
Turning toward your feelings can be painful. I will provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment for us to work together. This work can be hard and reaching out is the first step. I will be alongside you as we meet challenging emotions and memories and cultivate your inner strengths and resources.
