I use evidence based methods including Mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, and Attachment focused interventions to help you shape your story. I believe in regular check ins to make sure we are on track with goals you want to reach in your journey. I find that homework between sessions will support you in reaching your goals.
