About
The experience of grief is a universal journey that all persons will encounter at one time or another in their lives and with it can come some of the most anguishing of feelings. Walking through the wilderness of grief can be painful, and often, very lonely. But you never have to do it alone. Grief comes in waves where moment to moment feelings and emotions can shift, feeling that we are lost. Losing a loved one can leave us confused, not understood by those around us, and limited in our way of navigating ourselves and life.
Beth is a licensed therapist of over 14 years who desires to walk this grief journey with you to provide a witnessing of your experience, validation and affirmation of the heartache, challenges, and array of feelings that come with losing a loved one. She is also a certified grief educator having studied under David Kessler in 2024.
Beth has provided grief counseling to children, families, couples, and individuals throughout career. Serving as a bereavement coordinator at a hospice for over three years, facilitating adult grief groups and mentoring at numerous children's grief camps, Beth provides a safe, warm and compassionate environment where both hope and healing can be restored.
