Feeling detached from others and like no one can understand what happens in your mind makes it difficult to interact with people. It’s hard to be hopeful when you are experiencing mental health symptoms like this, but you’re here looking for someone to talk to, and that’s really wonderful. If you do decide to work with me, our therapy appointments can be anything from simple supportive therapy, to skill building via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to multiple intensive trauma informed EMDR sessions per week. We will go at the pace your needs indicate.
