About
I appreciate adult clients who want growth and change. They are open to a broad spectrum of human experiences and value honesty and safety as they go deep into their emotional processes. With youth, I appreciate clients who are ready to claim their identities and explore a world that's full of possibilities.
I am interested in the intersection of spirituality and sexuality. I understand religious trauma. I look at the world from a systemic point of view, and what that means is that our symptoms are far more complex than what shows at the surface. Our culture, society, and relational experiences have great influence on our emotional processing.
In my office, there are no topics that are off limits. There is not "TMI" (too much information). I want my practice to be a safe space for you and I to learn about your human experience together. You are the expert of your life; as a therapist I simply have alternate points of view to offer. I would be glad to meet you and learn about you!
What sets us apart
I support adults seeking growth, identity exploration in youth, and those navigating spirituality and sexuality. I address religious trauma using a systemic perspective, acknowledging cultural and relational influences on emotional well-being. My practice offers a safe, judgment-free space for exploring any topic. I value your expertise and offer alternative perspectives to facilitate self-discovery.
