I practice sex therapy, individual therapy, and couples therapy in southeastern Wisconsin. I also specialize in family building, queer families, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I help clients ages 15-75 with issues in individual mental health, sex and sexuality, relationships, and family dynamics. Areas in sexuality I help people with include dissatisfaction with sex, sexual pain, desire and arousal issues, out of control sexual behavior, difficulty with orgasm, healthy sex after trauma, polyamory, swinging, kink, gender & orientation discovery. Health at Every Size aligned, ace spectrum affirming, neurodivergence specialized. A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, I help individuals and couples with their sex lives, relationship structures, conflict and communication, systemic oppressions, parenting, grief, family conflicts, infertility, pregnancy, perinatal, infidelity, trust building, life transitions, depression & anxiety. LGBTQ2IA+ focus. I help clients of all genders cope understand the systems affecting them, including the patriarchy, misogyny, rape culture, school and judicial systems, toxic masculinity, fat phobia, and ableism. I also utilize attachment theory to help clients get in better touch with their inner child and reparent themselves with tenderness and care.
