About
Hi, I am delighted to have you here! My name is Callie Jo or CJ. I am a queer, neurodivergent Licensed Social Worker supporting 5-24 year old individuals via teletherapy throughout the State of Colorado. I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges related to executive functioning, identity, adjustment/transitions, self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, stress, and trauma. My approach is a blend of integrating the mind and body with holistic healing and transparency to empower lasting positive change.
My therapeutic toolkit draws from evidence-based modalities such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems (parts work), and somatic experiencing.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent folks and believe strongly in celebrating our differences. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with family and friends as well as enjoy attending live music events, skee ball, basketball, outdoor activities particularly near water, creative crafting, and playful moments with my dogs.
