About
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're navigating pain, anxiety, or uncertainty. If you often put others first and wonder where you fit, you’re not alone. You might feel stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, especially if you're someone who is creative or cares deeply. I work well with artists, therapists, educators, and others, or anyone who asks themselves, “Why do I do this?†or “Why can’t I let this go?†I offer a warm, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll explore the stories, nervous system responses, and biological roots that shape your experience.
I blend research-based mindfulness, somatic, and neuroscience-informed practices to support adults facing anxiety, trauma, and burnout. Drawing from IFS, nervous system work, and relational insight, I value a collaborative approach, working together to understand your unique needs and gently shift deeply embedded patterns with curiosity and care.
My approach may feel different from traditional talk therapy, which can feel refreshing if you're looking for something new. If you're someone who holds space for others, pours yourself into your work, or feels pulled in many directions, therapy can be a place to return to yourself. If something here resonates, please schedule a consultation via my website.
