I have many years of experience working with a variety of clients. My approach and style is highly supportive, empathic and encourages the development of self-awareness. I take a mind-body approach to dealing with issues. I have worked with people with the following health challenges; cancer, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, liver disease, substance dependence and depression. In addition, I have years of experience working with people who are undergoing life transitions such as divorce, identity issues, death of a loved one and career transitions. I am a level I trained Gottman Therapist and I work with couples.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, helping you understand yourself on a deeper level. I specialize in a variety of issues including life transitions, loss, trauma, childhood issues, and relationship intimacy. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment for sharing your concerns, fears, feelings and thoughts. We will actively work together to develop solutions.
