Therapy can be used to find a new path through some of our greatest struggles, enhance use of the tools around & within us, and reflect when things are going well. I am passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples through the unexpected challenges that accompany the human experience. I aim to provide a compassionate, and supportive environment to walk with clients through issues related to self-worth, attachment styles, anxiety, depression, grief, and conflict in relationships. I hope to empower you in your journey to feeling confident, secure and at peace within yourself & your significant relationships.
I approach issues brought in through the lens of IFS & experiential therapy practices. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe approaching problems through use of mindfulness and psychosomatic grounding techniques. I pull from various models such as CBT, DBT, and EFT to meet my clients where they are at and fulfill their individual needs.
