About
Christina has been working in the mental health field since 2015. She gained her Masters in Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. She has worked with individuals, couples and families helping them to regain control of their lives and find joy in their everyday experiences. Christina started her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) working where she learned many skills. She then moved to Intensive In Home Family Therapy working with at risk teens. After that she started working in private practice where she found her love of working with individuals, couples, and families.
She is dedicated to her client's and helping them reach their goals. She works with individuals, couples and families to build confidence, strength, and create an environment of acceptance and change. She strives to help individuals feel more joy in life and comfortable with who they are and what their purpose is in life.
She would love to meet with you and get to know you and your struggles. Counseling is not just for major mental health issues, its for everyday struggles and life. Her purpose is to help people in the community by gaining strength, understanding, and hope where they may have lost it.
