I use a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach with my clients while putting an emphasis on self-determination. I utilize methods and techniques that are influenced by mindfulness and trauma informed care.

Additionally, you will learn how to effectively communicate with others and acquire strategies for healthy stress management.
