I provide therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and other mood and anxiety based disorders. I rely on mindfulness and relationally focused treatment models, I work with clients to identify ineffective or unhelpful patterns in their lives and establish more workable solutions.I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University. I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker in private practice and at Nationwide Children's Hospital providing individual and family counseling services for multiple mental health issues.
Before obtaining my graduate degree I worked in community mental health in South Bend providing skills training and case management services to adults experiencing daily life stressors due to mental illness and other social factors.
