About
As a therapist I try to be very pragmatic: what works and what is true, in my opinion have to be the same thing. The Adlerian question: "What is it that will be different for you when we have successfully finished psychotherapy?" Is the navigating principle of the therapeutic map. I am convinced (and research supports me) that the counseling relationship is, by far the most powerful positive factor in successful psychotherapy.
I am well trained and very competent in a wide range of psychotherapy technique. My job is matching that technique to each individual client within a positive counseling relationship.
