I work from a narrative & intergenerational perspective. I start slowly & listen deeply to uncover the stories of your life. Once we are able to see clearly the narrative that has been constructed, together we aim to rewrite the parts that hurt while investigating how intergenerational patterns contribute to your pain & keep you feeling locked in place.
