About
I provide therapy for people experiencing anxiety, depression, issues with behavior and relationships. Many of my clients have found me during times of transition with their partners, at work, or within their family. I most often work with adults, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. In sessions, we explore a number a number of topics, including early experiences that are the foundation for how we understand ourselves and build relationships later in life. I hope my clients find therapy with me as a safe place to explore patterns, expand awareness, and make change.
I began in this field helping individuals with addictions, mood disorders and thought disorders. Today I incorporate a number of perspectives, including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. Outside of my clinical experience, I am trained as a meditation and yoga instructor.
