About
My role as a therapist is to guide and facilitate the healing process of my clients as they return home to themselves. This “coming home†process involves attuning to our bodies as we befriend the wounded or exiled parts of our psyche, welcoming them back to the table and listening to what they have to say.
I am EMDR trained, and I regularly incorporate EMDR into the process of integrating the mind and body. It is a beautiful tool to use in the symbolic and somatic space. My work with clients is nervous system focused, so we will put an emphasis on how the body exists in the world, what it is still holding onto, and how we facilitate nervous system release.
I believe Therapy is relational at its foundation. How can I ask you to take me to your sacred spaces without first having built a safe and connected container with you first? It is imperative that we establish a safe relationship before deeper trauma work is fully possible. It's from this space that attachment dynamics and traumas are uncovered and resolve.
What sets us apart
I guide clients toward healing and self-discovery through mind-body integration. Utilizing EMDR therapy and a nervous system-focused approach, I help clients release trauma and process embodied experiences. Establishing a safe, relational foundation is essential for exploring attachment dynamics and facilitating deep, lasting resolution.
