About
Hello, I'm Courtney Noster. Since 2015, I've been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and my journey in mental health has taken me through various settings, working with clients of all ages—from infants and their parents to seniors. My experiences in community-based, school-based, residential, and private practice settings have given me a profound understanding of human suffering and the countless ways we can heal. I recognize how external systems like family, society, and environment influence our well-being, and I bring this awareness into my work
I specialize in supporting girls and women in healing from various traumas related to their bodies' health and safety. I also work with men who are consciously redeveloping their emotional sensitivity, addressing past emotional wounds. My therapeutic style is joyful, open, and honest, guided by nature's eternal truths.
I would love to see how I can be helpful to you. If what you've read resonates with you, please schedule a session with me. And here's a fist bump from me to you for starting or continuing your healing journey—getting started is often the hardest part.
