About
I have been working as a professional counselor for over fifteen years. Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Issues, Family and Relationship Issues, Peer Conflict, Anger and Substance Abuse are some of the common issues I’ve addressed in session with clients. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
My theoretical approach to counseling stems from Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I enjoy assisting clients with challenging negative or irrational thoughts that hinder daily functioning. I also believe in Psycho Education teaching clients to explore helpful current data. It’s a pleasure to watch clients grow and gain awareness through the use of counseling.
I enjoy helping others and acting as guide to help clients achieve their goals. It’s a joy to watch progress from the first therapy session until the last.
