About
People often describe me as down to earth and easy to talk to which helps clients open up and work through issues more deeply. Using evidence-based approaches, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness and humanistic psychology to help clients move forward in meaningful ways. From my experience, I've realized that people can get stuck in negative patterns due to childhood experiences and mindset. In a holistic way, I tailor therapy for the inner work needed to shift beliefs and mindset to become aligned with your goals while considering various facets that contribute.
I work effectively with clients struggling with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to addiction and relationship problems. Through my strengths-based, holistic approach, I help clients shift from having insight about problems to actually making day-to-day, positive changes. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from U Mass Boston. I am currently accepting new clients and would be happy to set up a free phone consult to see if I am a good fit for your needs and goals. The easiest way to set that up is email. Looking forward to hearing from you. I also am former US Army E-4 turned (ROTC) O-3 Veteran & former Fed LEO. <3
