About
I appreciate the opportunity to help clients reach their goals in relationships, the workplace, athletic performance, and creative endeavors. Balancing the multiple roles that we maintain is difficult and being determined and motivated to reach our goals takes time, focus, and perseverance. I work with people to develop efficient strategies and ways of thinking that promote positive growth, increased confidence and assertiveness, and greater contentment. My clients include adults and adolescents with a wide range of issues including life adjustment, relationship issues, stress, general anxiety, and depression.
In addition, I have acquired training in the field of Sport Psychology and have developed skills to increase performance and decrease anxiety in athletic competition, education, and the workplace.
My training, experiences, and current position as a Tenured, Associate Professor at Kennesaw State University keep me informed about effective treatments, current health issues, and research related to behavioral health.
