About
Congratulations! You have taken the first and most difficult step on your journey to a healthier you. As you begin, know that two things are certain. You are not the problem, and neither is your loved one. Your problem is the problem. I enjoy helping people navigate “problems†and overcoming them. I consider myself a mental health advocate but not in a traditional way. As a therapist, I advocate on behalf of the people in the room; even if I am advocating for you on behalf of yourself. I am here to destigmatize mental health illness and redirect the focus to mental health awareness.
My passion comes from walking aside people as they overcome personal and relational obstacles. I adopt a holistic approach to therapy and believe that collaboration is essential. One of my specializations is helping overcome and/or cope with depression and anxiety. Adjusting to life changes can be difficult and impact anyone and anytime.
I am also specialized in couples and relationships, which includes premarital counseling. As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained to assist partners to navigate and overcoming adversity. During difficult times in relationships, we often seek help when it’s almost too late. I am here to help take proactive steps toward building a firm foundation.
What sets us apart
I help individuals and couples navigate challenges and build stronger relationships. Specializing in anxiety, depression, and life transitions, I use a collaborative, holistic approach. As a marriage and family therapist, I guide partners in overcoming adversity and building firm foundations, including premarital counseling. I'm dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and advocating for your well-being.
