I work to provide a non-judgmental space to explore issues with relationships, life's transitions, and skills to handle every day stressors. We will work together to find patterns of behavior to change and skills that can be used in the moment. We find skills that help you manage symptoms like high anxiety or panic attacks, lack of motivation and patterns of procrastination, big changes in life, or past traumatic experiences.
