I provide a strengths based, client centered approach to therapy to meet you where you are at and help you develop goals to implement change and fulfilment in your life. I use a variety of techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
My special interests in therapy include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, postpartum anxiety/depression, improving self-esteem, managing grief, and coping with life adjustments. I also have experience in treating schizophrenia, personality disorders, addictions, and crisis management/safety planning.
