About
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that trauma and systemic oppression often impact our ability to connect with ourselves and the community around us. These experiences may leave us in a wake of confusion, anger, and hopelessness. As your therapist, it is my aim to collaborate with you, the expert of your lived experience, in a compassionate and curious environment. Although the journey of self-improvement is complex and vulnerable, it is my privilege to help meet you where you are and hold the space to facilitate personal growth and discovery.
I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, liberation psychology framework to integrate evidence and strengths-based techniques to foster self-compassion, honesty, and integrity.
My areas of specialization include transgenerational/intergenerational trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, alternative relationships, sex work community, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, young adults and college students.
