About
Are you struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety or PTSD? Do you feel overwhelmed and unsure where to turn? As a clinical mental health counseling intern, I provide compassionate care for individuals facing these challenges. I specialize in working with teens and adults with ADHD, using creative and individualized approaches to help clients navigate everyday hurdles and build effective management strategies. I also offer dedicated support to Autistic individuals and parents of Autistic children, addressing their unique needs and fostering understanding and growth within the family unit.
With a background in mental healthcare, as a neurodiverse individual and a mom of neurodiverse children, I have firsthand experience with the daily struggles neurodiverse individuals face. This combination of education and personal insight allows me to provide empathetic and tailored support to those navigating similar challenges.
Additionally, I possess a deep knowledge of the unique mental health issues faced by first responders. I provide both individual and marriage counseling to help them and their partners navigate the complexities of their demanding roles and relationships, ensuring they receive the specialized care and support they need.
