I have several specialities that make my brand of therapy unique. I have 12 years experience helping people with low self worth, identity issues, anxiety and depression. I specialize in helping Men reclaim their identity and function more effectively in their lives and relationships. I am expert at working with couples to strengthen their relationships and gain more intimacy in their lives. I offer a direct and interactive therapeutic style that does not include sitting back and only listening. We work together to help you to take action and move beyond feeling stuck.
My specialties are the following: Anxiety, depression, self-identity and self esteem. I work with Men and Women to support their in relationships. I help couples heal and reclaim their love utilizing a multidisciplinary approach. A big part of my work also centers around helping Men navigate relationships and deal with the aftermath when they end.
