About
Clients who are interested in their futures and willing to do the work between sessions, who are wanting to step into being their best selves and gain a greater understanding of the relationship they have with their emotional lives and the relationships they're involved in. They want guidance without being told what to do, and are wanting to build skills so they can better make their own decisions.
I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, with interventions that also come from CBT, family systems, and narrative therapy. My goal is to help you feel confident in your own abilities and skills to address adversity with greater flexibility and resilience.
We're on this journey together, figuring out what it means to act in alignment with what matters to us, and there are struggles that remind us that we need others in our lives to help. While I'll never say I have all the answers, I'll always be honest with helping create the direction to your best self.
What sets us apart
I empower motivated clients seeking self-discovery and improved relationships. Utilizing ACT, CBT, family systems, and narrative therapy, I guide you in developing skills to navigate challenges with greater resilience. Together, we'll explore values-driven action, fostering confidence in your ability to make informed decisions and live authentically.
