I believe we were created to thrive emotionally, physically and spiritually. When one of these areas becomes vulnerable or we experience suffering, our whole self can feel the effects. Life has a way of bringing difficult times into all of our lives and we were created us with an innate need for community. The support of therapy is a way that individuals, families and couples can find refuge and direction to find healing, to once again live in the joy you are created for and to live with purpose.
I have provided clinical mental health counseling for over 20 years and also christian discipleship and mentoring. Together, we will assess your current needs, your personal goals and the structure that works best for you - to find the healing you need and to begin again. I specialize in working with girls and women of all ages, couples and families.
As my client, you will experience warm, unconditional acceptance in a calm and healing atmosphere. You are welcome to choose in-person or video sessions, and this can be flexible. I typically respond within 1-2 days of your request to begin services. It is truly a joy and honor to serve you. I look forward to working with you!
