As your therapist, I cannot erase your past thoughts and experiences, but overtime, I can assist you with changing your current thoughts and behaviors, and help you develop healthier routines, which can alleviate the depression, anxiety or other mental health challenges that you may be experiencing.
In treatment, I utilize holistic and cognitive approaches, I also incorporate selfcare strategies into treatment. My approach to therapy has been developed and honed over a 15-year period and began in 2009, when I graduated from USC with a graduate’s degree in social work.
