I see many clients that have had various experiences that have happened in life causing them to have more automatic negative thoughts. Many times those thoughts are out of balance so they tend to only see the glass half empty. They usually are looking for someone to give empathy and validation of those past experiences, someone who will listen and give tools so they can move to a healthier place. Before you realize it you have taken babysteps that have put you in a whole different position and you are reaping the benefits in your mental health, physical health, personal relationships and your workplace.
I have many different tools that I use depending on what the need is, whether you are grieving a loss, depressed and anxious, having a hard time adjusting to lifes changes or having relationship problems you don't need to stay stuck.
