Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I am grateful to have called New Orleans home since 2008 when I began my undergraduate studies in psychology at UNO. I offer evidence-based, culturally-attuned psychological assessment and therapy services for adults. I am currently accepting new clients for psychological assessment and individual/relationship therapy. I specialize in the comprehensive assessment of adults with complex or chronic psychological challenges. My approach to assessment is informed by the latest neuropsychological research, trauma informed care considerations, and neurodiversity affirming practices.
As a therapist, I integrate evidence-based care with relational, cultural, and embodiment approaches. While I can offer therapies that focus mainly on symptom reduction, I am an especially good fit for therapy clients who are also interested in the "how" of their daily life- seeing what can happen when they approach themselves with curiosity and active care.
